Ok, Looks like it's actually cleared up. Thanks to Glenn for getting the SPF/DMARC/DKIM stuff working in DNS..

I'm no longer seeing the domain issues in my client either (which is more strict than Google)

Yes, this is happening because the SPF/DKIM/DARC stuff isn't working quite yet. We're working on it. It's causes a domain validation issue.

I checked my Gmail account and the new Zoss List messages had been going into my SPAM folder. If you go through and open them (maybe not all of them) there is a button at the top that says "SPAM" next to it is a small button with an "X" on it click that and it will tell the system that the e-mail is not spam and send it to your inbox. I checked and the rest of the Zoss e-mails are landing in my inbox now. Just sayin', it's an easy fix in Gmail.
