If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, Shipping,
Etc." at the bottom of this post.
#1. circa 1934 Sheaffer's standard size Lifetime WD Balance pen in black and white pearl. The only damage I found on this pen is some scratches on one side of the clip band has a tiny bump mark on the cap band, under the clip and the band has a few scratches. The barrel imprint is deep and distinct. The nib is an Extra Fine 14K Lifetime. Capped the pen measures 5 1/4 inches or 13.3 cm. The color is not what I would call perfect, but it is exceptional. It has a patch of very slight ambering on the cap and small patch of very slight ambering on the barrel. I installed a real silicone ink sac, to help preserve the color of the plastic.Price $165.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

2. c. 1900 Mabie Todd "Swan" solid 14K (marked 14Ct) overlay eyedropper fill. This pen has a smooth over with beautifully engraved initials on the barrel, which appear to me to be "M I W M". The cap has one deep dent and two light dings. The nib and feed do not appear to be original to this pen, but later Mabie Todd replacements. I did not polish the pen, so it has lots of micro
scratches from normal use. The barrel is marked "Swan" Pen 14ct and it is marked "14ct" on the top of the cap. The nib in this pen is a joy for me to write with. It is a somewhat flexible smooth writing Broad Stub (or "Smoot", as I wrote it in my writing sample :-) Capped the pen measures 5 1/4 inches. I think the country of manufacture was likely England. The nib was made in New York.

Price reduced to $995.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

3. 1940's Eversharp Skyline full size fountain pen in blue moiré. This one is a bandless model and I am unsure of which cap model was the most common, narrow cap band, wide or bandless. The clip has a bit of pitting along the edges and the lever has brassing in the center and along the edges from being posted. The cap has a slight indent from the clip, next to the tip of the clip. The nib is a very smooth Flexible Fine 14K and will make up to about a 1.75 mm line. It is a wet writer. Capped the pen measures 5 3/16 inches or 13.2 cm. There is a slight difference in color between the cap and barrel, the cap is a bit darker. It was probably due to the two parts coming from different batches of plastic.

Price $145.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

4. circa 1928 Waterman's No. 54 red Ripple set with hard shell box. The pencil in this set is an oversize No. 0725. Sometimes buyers opted to buy the oversize pencil instead of the smaller diameter pencil for their set. There is brassing on the clip ball and a line of brassing around top and back of the pen's cap band on the top edge of the band. The name "Frank Searle" is imprinted on the pen barrel and the pencil has no names or initials on it. The Waterman's barrel imprint is deep and the barrel end imprint has some wear from posting the cap, but it is all legible. The pen and pencil have only slight oxidation (discoloration). The clam shell pen box is in very nice condition. The nib in the pen is a very smooth writing fat Fine or Medium "Manifold". The pencil mechanism is working well and feels like it has had little use. There is no brassing on the pencil's trim. It's a beautiful set and if you are not a fan flexible nibs, this might be a great set for you. In my writing sample I mistakenly stated the pen to be a #52, it is in fact a 54.

Price further reduced to $245.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

5. circa 1929 Sheaffer's oversize Lifetime White Dot Balance set. The only thing I can see on the pen or pencil that could be considered as damage, is a thin line of brassing across the clip ball and the pen barrel has moderate discoloration and a small spot of discoloration on the cap. The pen has the name "L.E. Young" imprinted on the pen, in
small block letters. There is no name imprint on the pencil. The barrel imprint on the pen is deep. This is a very early 1929 set, marked "Pat'd - Patent Pending" They were produced before the patent was awarded to the W.A. Sheaffer's Co. The pencil is working well and has extra leads. The nib is a very smooth writing Fine 14K. The overall condition of the set is Excellent.
