[Zosslist] Not a fountain pen question

A while ago (a year? maybe two?) I found a pointer to a guy who had
designed a convertor to let you use a Fisher Space Pen refill in a
Lamy Safari ballpoint pen.  I didn't save it, now I cannot find it.

My recollection is that there were actually two sets of pages - one on
his personal site, and another on a 3D-print-on-demand site.

This ring any bells with anyone?
